Article 1 – Right of withdrawal. The customer has a legal period of 14 clear days to exercise his right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of the goods without having to provide reasons or pay penalties. However, this right of withdrawal is not applicable to sales of personalized and engraved products. This right is exercised by returning the product to La fourmi tigrée at the address indicated in the preamble and under the conditions cited in article 6. Prior to any return of a product, the customer must in particular indicate his intention by via an email to the address of lafourmitigree@gmail.com.

The customer will be fully reimbursed for the sums paid upon receipt and verification of the return of his items without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days following the date on which he exercised his right of withdrawal. Tiger Ant will refund the customer using the same refund method used for the original transaction. The costs and risks associated with returning the product are the responsibility of the customer. The return of all products ordered will give rise to a refund equal to the totality of the sums paid by the customer, i.e. the purchase price of the product(s) purchased and any costs. Delivery.

 

Article 2 – Conditions for product return by the customer. To be able to fully benefit from the conditions of article 3 "Conformity" and those of article 5 "Right of withdrawal", the customer must return the product to La fourmi tigrée:

• subject to having obtained an agreement for the return by an email from La fourmi tigrée

  • at the following address: La fourmi tigrée - 177 Ru du Courleau - 49260 VAUDELNAY – France

• properly protected, in its original packaging, in perfect condition for resale (not damaged, damaged or soiled);

• accompanied by the delivery note so as to enable the customer to be identified (order number, surname, first name, address);

• without the product having clearly been the subject of lasting use (beyond a few minutes), that is to say provided that the products do not bear the mark of prolonged use exceeding the time necessary for their testing and are in a condition allowing their resale.
